  Some restaurants remain open to the public, which can affect setup, timing, and overall design.

• What decor is allowed?
  Many restaurants have restrictions on:

  • Hanging installations

  • Attaching anything to walls or furniture

• Table layout & size
  (e.g., long table, multiple tables, round tables)
  This helps us design florals and candles appropriately.

• Does the restauran provide tablecloths?

• How much space is available for decor?
  Restaurant tables can be more compact, so we design accordingly.

• Access & timing for setup

  • What time can we arrive?

  • Will the space already be in use before your booking?

• Teardown requirements

  • What time must everything be removed?

  • Are there any restrictions on load-out?

• Vendor coordination
